DMC Residential Inspection Services Inc.  is a locally owned and operated, fully insured, home inspection company that proudly serves clients in Bruce County, as well as Grey, Huron, Wellington, Simcoe, Dufferin and Perth Counties. We provide detailed, non-intrusive, Pre-purchase and Pre-listing home inspections that ensure a comprehensive, in-depth, look into the systems and components that make up a home. 

With an office location in Port Elgin, Ontario, DMC Residential Inspection Services is owned and operated by Dan McArthur, Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). Dan is fully trained and certified through the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as a CPI. He maintains annual continuing educational requirements to ensure knowledge is maintained up-to-date and relevant.

Along with professional training and certification, Dan brings in-depth experience as a past contractor, experienced home builder and older home renovator to help fully assess a home from foundation to roof in order to describe it's current condition and identify any safety or major defect observed at the time of inspection. 

To help convey inspection information to clients, we have adopted the Spectora reporting software, which is considered in the industry to be best practice reporting software. With us, you can expect top quality reports that are formatted to provide easy to understand information and are easy to navigate.
